Nancy B. Rapoport is a distinguished law professor at UNLV and an accomplished competitive ballroom dancer, integrating her passion for dance with her academic and professional life.

Jackie Rogers
Board Member
Jackie Rogers is a pioneering fitness instructor and choreographer who founded Aerobics ‘n Rhythm, Inc., organized large-scale dance events, and serves as a Championship Adjudicator in ballroom dancing.

Class & Instructor Development Lead
A passionate dance teacher who transitioned from nursing to dance in 1987, combining a love for health and wellness with over 35 years of teaching experience, and believes in the transformative power of dance to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Advisor
Scott Magnesen leads the MPW Group, managing $5.8 billion for 3,500 clients. His team is consistently recognized on Forbes and Barron's top advisor lists. Scott, a graduate of Northwestern and Wharton, is also active in local charities and the arts with his wife, Lynn.

Michelle has over 15 years of marketing experience in live entertainment and hospitality. She holds degrees in English and Psychology, an RYT-200 from YogaWorks, and a certificate from Accomplishment Coaching. Since 2020, she has focused on wellness and bodywork.

Founder of The Heritage Dance Foundation (est. 1998): A 501(c)(3) organization that promotes performing arts through scholarships, dance lessons, and community productions. It is the largest independent non-profit in the U.S. for ballroom dance and performing arts scholarships.
