Information you give us

When you use a form on this site — contact, teacher application, partner inquiry or share your story — we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, city and state, organization and message. We only ask for what we need to respond.

Donations

Online gifts are processed by our giving partner at stewards.dancevisionfoundation.org. We do not see or store your full card or bank details. We receive your name, contact details and gift information so we can thank you and send tax receipts.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, application or inquiry.
• To match teachers and host sites with Dance for Wellness^™ classes.
• To send donation receipts and, if you opt in, occasional updates.
• To share stories only when you have given permission on the form.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Foundation (such as email and donation processing), or when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic cookies and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our outreach. These collect device and usage information, not your name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing hello@dancevisionfoundation.org.
